The rosary and its importance for Marguerite

Mary had a great place in Margaret's life.

She understood that if one wished to be a disciple of Christ, one had to take Mary with one who showed us the way. For Marguerite, the prayer of the rosary was the golden cord that connected her to heaven through the contemplation of the life of Christ in the company of the Virgin Mary.

The rosary is her prayer of the heart par excellence, as if the Hail Mary's and the Our Father's were sparks of light going up to heaven like a grandiose constellation to the glory of God.

To those who entrusted her with a trial or suffering, Saint Margaret said: "Do as I do, recite your rosary and you will be fine".

Every Thursday at 2pm, a rosary is recited in the room of Saint Marguerite Bays, at La Pierra. (except during school holidays)
